Order and postage

If you want to buy something from my SHOP, please e-mail me at and give the name of the item you are interested in. I will provide you with postage cost and delivery times estimate. I can do combined postage on multiple items. You can also arrange a collection if you are in Melbourne.


If you want any of the personalised services I do - made-to-measure garment creation, clothes alterations of any kind or anything else created just for you - email me with your ideas and requirements and I will get back to you as soon as I can.


I advise to try clothes I sell before you buy, if you are in Melbourne, please email me to arrange a fitting session. Alternatively, if you cannot arrange a fitting session, I do provide measurements with every piece of clothing in my shop so if you think the measurements are right for you - you are welcome to order and try it in your own space, and if it does not fit your shape - please contact me to arrange a refund. Items may be returned in their original condition, for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping & handling. Please let me know if you need to return an item.


All orders are billed in Australian dollars (AUD) and can be paid via PayPal or direct bank transfer.


I am posting mainly within Australia through Standard Postage or you can arrange to pick it up. I can post internationally. Contact me for postage quote.


Except in rare cases, I ship within one business day after receiving cleared payment, and you’ll receive package tracking information by email. Parcels sent within Australia take 3-10 business days to arrive. If you do not receive your item 10 business days after notification of shipment, please let me know.
